Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Sr. Construction Representative to support the Hendersonville project with construction quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance.

You will independently inspect complex civil work, monitor contractor performance, review QC documentation, and participate in project meetings, safety reviews, and RMS reporting. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of QC/QA on construction projects, USACE or federal experience preferred, and holds OSHA 30 certification with

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of quality control/assurance experience on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, and/or industrial construction.
• Interpreting construction plans and reviewing as-built drawings.
• Reviewing contractor daily quality control reports for accuracy and deficiencies.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA construction regulations.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction on-site and review contractor reports and test results.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities.
• Ensure contractor work complies with schedule, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
• Review QC documentation and track deficiencies with corrective actions.
• Attend QA preparatory and initial inspections and report via RMS.
• Verify site location, layout, and elevations before start of work.
• Monitor risk management for critical lifts and maintain daily QA reports.
