Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies seeks a Supervisor of Quality Control to lead the QC Chemistry and Oligonucleotide QC Analytics labs. You will coordinate priorities, mentor staff, and drive capacity planning under GMP/ISO quality systems for high-throughput testing.

You will oversee analytical testing, review results, and support investigations while ensuring safety, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience leading QC labs in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and GMP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple QC laboratory teams and prioritize testing activities.
• Train and mentor staff, support recruitment and succession planning.
• Oversee analytical testing using HPLC, LC-MS, spectrophotometry.
• Review results against specifications and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliant documentation under GMP/ISO standards.
