Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies is seeking a Supervisor of Quality Control to lead our QC Chemistry and Oligonucleotide QC Analytics laboratories. You will oversee high-throughput testing, coordinate priorities with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced regulated environment.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in HPLC/LC-MS and quality documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on lab experience in a regulated QC environment.
• Experience with analytical testing for chemical products and oligonucleotides.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Quality Control laboratory teams.
• Develop capacity, cross-training, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee analytical testing using HPLC/LC-MS and related equipment.
• Review results and support product disposition decisions.
• Ensure compliant documentation under GMP/ISO quality systems.
