LGC Biosearch Technologies seeks a Supervisory Quality Control leader to oversee the QC Chemistry and Oligonucleotide QC Analytics labs, ensuring high-throughput testing within regulated quality systems. You will lead staff, plan capacity, and align testing with production targets across Quality Control, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and hands‑on lab experience in a regulated QC environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple Quality Control laboratory teams and functional areas.
• Assign work, establish priorities, train staff, support recruiting and succession planning, and evaluate team performance.
• Develop and implement capacity and resource allocation strategies to align testing with production needs.
• Oversee analytical testing of chemical products and oligonucleotides using HPLC, LC–MS, spectrophotometry, and DNA synthesizers.
• Review results against specifications and support product disposition decisions.
• Ensure compliant documentation under GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
