Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Supervisor for the QC Analytical Laboratory in the US. You will lead analytical testing across materials and products, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in a GMP/GLP environment.

The role requires a strong background in analytical chemistry, regulatory knowledge (FDA/ISO 13485), and proven leadership to mentor staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams for product releases and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related scientific or engineering discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years GMP/GLP laboratory experience in a regulated industry.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or technical leadership experience.
• Experience with OOS/OOT, CAPA and root-cause investigations.
• Strong data integrity and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the QC Analytical Laboratory and ensure timely testing.
• Provide technical oversight of analytical chemistry and physical testing systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop laboratory personnel and manage workloads.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP, ISO 13485, and data integrity requirements.
• Manage external contract labs and communicate testing requirements.
• Participate in FDA inspections and internal/regulatory audits.
