Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies is hiring a Quality Control Analyst I for its California-based facility. You will conduct routine analytical testing of oligonucleotides and related materials, operate HPLC/LC-MS and related instruments, and ensure data accuracy and proper documentation in a fast-paced, regulated lab environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, quality disposition of materials, calibration of equipment, and collaboration with QC leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience in an analytical lab.
• Knowledge of lab safety and chemical handling.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document results.
• Ability to perform volumetric measurements and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute QC procedures using HPLC, LC/MS, spectrophotometers, pH meters, and other analytical tools.
• Test raw materials, intermediates and final products against specifications.
• Update records and support QC/QA reviews.
• Label products with correct quality status and maintain equipment.
• Maintain calibration and readiness of lab instruments.
