Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in construction, engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, or project delivery.
• Experience implementing contractor quality programs, audits, nonconformance management, and turnover documentation.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Ability to assess quality risk, influence teams, and elevate issues with options.

Aufgaben

• Own and continually improve the QA/QC framework, requirements, procedures, and reporting for projects.
• Review quality plans, inspection/test plans, and turnover packages for contract alignment.
• Coordinate quality execution with site teams, engineering, procurement, and vendors.
• Ensure nonconformances are documented, tracked, and closed per project requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for significant quality issues.
• Monitor quality KPIs and report to leadership with recommendations.
• Provide assurance that work progresses per plans without replacing contractor responsibility.
• Assist in constructability reviews and turnover readiness for operations.
• Maintain audit-ready quality records and travel to sites as needed.
