Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead QAQC efforts for wind and solar EPC projects. You will develop SOPs and QAQC programs, manage contractual exhibits, and ensure supplier/contractor adherence to standards while coordinating with safety teams on project execution.

Requires 5+ years in construction QA in wind/solar/renewable energy, engineering background, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel to project sites around 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years quality assurance in construction; 3+ years in wind/solar/renewable energy projects.
• Certifications such as CQE or PMP are desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a QAQC program and SOPs for wind/solar projects.
• Create contractual QAQC exhibits for external vendors and contractors.
• Review and approve contractor quality plans.
• Oversee inspection and testing to meet project standards.
• Conduct training on QAQC requirements for site personnel.
• Collaborate with safety team to support overall safety requirements.
• Provide regular QAQC reporting to project stakeholders.
