Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the region. The role requires travel to project sites and coordination with field teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in solar QA/QC, knowledge of electrical construction and safety, and experience with QA methods, audits and root-cause analysis. The position offers remote work with regular site visits and regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits; manage QC processes for PV projects in the region.
• Train project teams on QA practices and procedural SOPs and reference guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients on quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document inspections, audits, corrective actions and produce management reports.
