Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a QA/QC leader to guide the construction quality program across ongoing projects. You will work with the On-Site Construction Management Team to ensure adherence to project standards and contract documents.

The role requires supervising QA/QC activities, developing test plans, and reporting quality metrics to the Project Manager. Travel up to 50% and field presence are expected to support site activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a science, engineering, construction management, or related field (15 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
• 15 years of field experience in construction and/or engineering with QA/QC management training and experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines in construction safety and pharmaceutical industry; ability to interpret complex issues and advise on actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, manage and administer QA/QC plans with CM team, contractors and clients.
• Oversee QA/QC site activities: testing, inspection and acceptance of work; track deficiencies to resolution.
• Develop Inspection Test Plans and System Completion records for QA/QC plans.
• Publish quality reports and audits to Project Manager and team.
• Identify quality risks and implement risk avoidance techniques.
• Ensure compliance with corporate safety initiatives and goals.
