Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services seeks a senior QA/QC leader to manage and execute quality control and quality assurance programs on construction projects. You will lead with the on-site management team to ensure project standards are consistently met and documentation is complete.

The role requires extensive QA/QC experience, strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and the ability to travel 50% of the time to client sites. Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6/MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a science, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management training and 15 years of field experience in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines in construction safety and pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening (10 panels, DOT) and background/security checks.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs; work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, manage and administer QA/QC Plans with CM team, contractors and clients.
• Oversee QA/QC site activities: inspections, testing, and acceptance of work; review materials/equipment.
• Prepare and submit quality control reports and review QC documentation.
• Train project team to ensure sufficient qualified staff for plan execution.
• Track non-conformances and drive corrective actions through resolution and acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, policies, and regulatory guidelines; apply safety programs.
