Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a QA/QC leader to oversee construction quality programs across ongoing projects. You will collaborate with the On-Site Construction Management Team to ensure adherence to project standards and contract documents.

The role requires 15 years of field QA/QC experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train staff and manage non-conformances. Travel to client sites is anticipated up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 15 years of field experience in construction/engineering with QA/QC leadership.
• Experience applying regulatory guidelines in construction safety/pharma.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and QA/QC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer project-specific QA/QC plans with CM team and subcontractors.
• Oversee QA/QC activities: testing, inspection, acceptance, and non-conformances.
• Train project team and ensure qualified staff are assigned to plans.
• Manage deficiencies, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and participate in QC meetings.
