Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Quality Manager to direct quality across a major program, overseeing QC staff and inspectors and owning the site quality management system. You will drive audits, corrective actions, and formal QA processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, shape the audit program, and report metrics to program leadership. Travel to project sites per diem as assigned, with potential relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs.
• Senior certification such as USACE CQM-C, ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce the program quality management system, plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
