Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of QA/QC experience in solar, energy storage, or large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Leadership experience overseeing QA/QC teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, UL, ASTM, ISO, IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project QA/QC plans, ITPs, and quality procedures.
• Oversee daily inspection activities across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Manage non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and punch list management.
• Provide documentation and reporting of quality metrics to management.
