Job summary

You will serve as the technical leader ensuring projects meet high standards for quality, safety, performance and compliance from construction through commissioning and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of QA experience in the renewable energy sector.
• At least 2 years supporting solar Operations & Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of DAS, SCADA, inverter programming, and system monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the NAR Quality Assurance Program.
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Lead commissioning plans, startup activities, and performance verification.
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, AHJ, and safety standards.
