Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator in Decatur, AL to lead the QA/QC team and drive quality across EPC projects. You will promote quality awareness, manage training records, and oversee the HMS program.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA/QC with strong knowledge of ASME, API, and related codes, and can perform audits, reporting, and corrective actions. A Provisional Auditor background is valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant QA/QC/Quality Management experience on EPC projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of QA/QC practices for heavy industrial EPC project execution.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards: ASME, API, AWS, NFPA, NACE, IEEE, NEC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team; prioritize work and schedule plans.
• Administer the quality assurance system and provide training as needed.
• Conduct quality audits, document results, perform root cause analysis, and track resolutions.
