Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years experience in Quality Management and EPC Project Quality Assurance.
• Experience directing QA/QC activities and training teams.
• Auditing, reviewing and reporting project performance against quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to the QA/QC team.
• Coordinate lessons learned and process improvements.
• Plan and organize team work; communicate plans to leadership.
• Mentor assigned personnel and assess performance.
• Ensure execution systems meet budget, schedule and quality targets.
• Promote safety and use of office standards.
