Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced QA/QC leader to supervise the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team on EPC projects. The role focuses on directing QA/QC activities, implementing the QMS, and driving lessons learned while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering with 15+ years of QA/QC leadership in EPC environments, and has ISO 9000/Lead Auditor training or certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management System and EPC Project QA management.
• Experience in planning and directing all aspects of QA for EPC projects and hands-on QA/QC activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC team and provide technical direction.
• Train teammates on QA/QC regulations and standards.
• Plan and organize team work and communicate with leadership.
• Develop personnel through mentoring, assignments, and performance assessments.
• Maintain control of QA/QC efforts to meet performance, budget, schedule and quality goals.
• Promote and apply lessons learned processes across projects.
