Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• ASQ Certification in Quality Engineering or Management preferred.
• 10+ years in Quality Management Systems for EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC team and provide technical direction.
• Administer QA/QC system and training records.
• Conduct quality audits and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare project-specific quality plans and reports.
• Lead lessons learned and customer satisfaction efforts.
• Coordinate vendor surveillance and 3rd party inspections.
