Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a senior QA/QC leader responsible for supervising the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team on EPC projects. The role drives process improvements, training, auditing, and lessons learned to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.

The candidate will mentor staff, coordinate safety and quality objectives, and ensure QA/QC execution aligns with the project plan from planning through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management System and EPC Project QA Management.
• Hands-on QA/QC activities for EPC projects.
• Ability to train teammates on QA/QC concepts and standards.
• Understanding of company quality system and how to ensure engineering, procurement and construction meet requirements.
• Auditing, reviewing and reporting to assess project performance vs. lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to the QA/QC team.
• Coordinate lessons learned, process improvements, and QA training.
• Plan and organize QA/QC work; communicate plan to team and leadership.
• Mentor and assess performance of assigned personnel.
• Maintain control of QA/QC efforts to meet budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Manage supplier quality processes and supplier surveillance/inspection.
