Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks a senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to supervise the QA/QC team and drive process improvements across EPC projects. You will implement the Hargrove Management System, train staff, and maintain QA records while promoting quality culture within the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/QC for heavy industry EPC work, with ASME/API/NFPA/NACE/IEEE/NEC knowledge, strong communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in QA/QC for heavy industrial EPC projects.
• Experience auditing and improving quality systems.
• Knowledge of industry codes: ASME, API, AWS, NFPA, NACE, IEEE, NEC.
• Ability to lead a small team and train others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work, schedule plans, and follow up on assignments.
• Assist QA Leader in promoting quality awareness and training.
• Administer the QA system and maintain training records.
• Present HMS training and develop quality procedures and checklists.
• Lead audits, document results, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate vendor surveillance and audits for projects.
• Maintain corrective action plans and monitor improvement progress.
• Support client alignment and feedback surveys.
