Zippy, a remote-first lender focused on manufactured home financing, is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead QA across the loan origination lifecycle. You will oversee QA analysts, drive timely, accurate file reviews, and coordinate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, and Compliance to mitigate risks.

The role requires 7+ years in mortgage or related lending, 3+ years of people management, and a strong track record in QA, policy, and investor requirements.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of mortgage/consumer lending/ manufactured housing lending experience and knowledge of loan origination lifecycle.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong understanding of QA across pre- and post-close processes and ability to translate findings into action.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA professionals for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Establish clear expectations and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Manage performance, calibration, and training to ensure compliant, timely reviews.
