Zippy, a remote-first lender focused on manufactured home loans, seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage performance, and ensure findings align with policy, regulatory, and investor requirements.

You will translate QA findings into practical recommendations to reduce repeat issues, streamline procedures, and strengthen quality while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or manufactured housing lending.
• Experience leading QA teams and programs across loan origination.
• Strong understanding of policy, procedure, regulatory, and investor requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop QA team responsible for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Oversee QA findings, calibration, and evidence to support policy requirements.
• Escalate material or systemic risks and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Risk.
