Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will design and execute thorough testing strategies for a PvPvE multiplayer shooter, focusing on Unreal Engine 5 systems, networked gameplay, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and production.

This role emphasizes proactive QA, strong bug investigation, and continuous quality improvements across a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience with Unreal Engine 5, gained through a shipped game or a title currently in active production.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and executing structured test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
• Excellent bug investigation and reproduction skills, documenting complex issues clearly.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, C#, Lua, or Unreal Blueprints.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automated build validation.
• Experience working in a fully remote, multinational game development team.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute comprehensive test coverage across game features, systems, and builds throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain structured test plans, test cases, and regression suites based on technical specs and gameplay requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and compatibility testing to ensure quality.
• Identify risks early and help prevent issues from escalating later in development.
• Test multiplayer and networked gameplay systems, identifying replication, latency, and matchmaking issues.
• Maintain bug-tracking workflows and QA documentation using Jira or similar platforms.
