Job summary

Enjoy Gaming is seeking a Senior General QA Engineer to drive end-to-end testing across platform backend, back office, and microservices. The role focuses on QA strategy, writing test plans, and ensuring quality from testing through release.

Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in manual, functional, and regression testing, API testing with Postman, and experience with CI/CD pipelines in a dynamic gaming software environment.

Qualifications

• Proven QA experience in software testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and QA processes.
• Strong manual, functional, and regression testing skills.
• Experience documenting test plans and cases.
• Familiarity with client/server architecture testing.
• API testing using Postman and REST APIs.
• Experience with databases and backend testing.
• Knowledge of logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
• UI test automation with Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• API test automation (REST, schema validation).
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Web technologies (HTML5/CSS).
• Proficient with Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing of platform backend, back office, and microservices as a QA Generalist.
• Requirements analysis, effort estimation, and test planning.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test cases and checklists.
• Defect management, root-cause analysis, and verification.
• Ensuring compliance with technical and functional requirements.
• Release participation and release candidate validation.
• Executing automated tests, analyzing results, and updating test coverage.
