Prism Studio is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across our games in development. This role is fully remote for Europe/CET-compatible time zones, collaborating with engineering, design, art, and production to create robust test plans and uncover complex issues.

You will verify gameplay systems, multiplayer aspects, and performance using a structured QA approach. Strong English communication and a proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in game QA, especially in senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test coverage across features, systems, and builds.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Test new features across functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and compatibility scenarios.
• Identify, reproduce, investigate, and document bugs with clear steps.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to validate fixes.
• Test gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 and investigate beyond surface issues.
• Support multiplayer and networked gameplay testing for replication, latency, and connectivity.
• Maintain bug-tracking workflows and QA docs in Jira.
• Monitor defect trends to identify recurring issues and gaps.
• Contribute to automation and internal QA tooling where possible.
• Work with QA leadership to prioritise defects against milestones.
