Atomic HR is seeking a senior QA engineer to own testing strategy and automation for a fast-growing SaaS platform used by frontline workers. You will build end-to-end tests, API and UI validations, and automated checks across systems and AI features.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, set a shared definition of done, and push back on risky dates with evidence. This is a hands-on, senior role with broad influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, test or software engineering with automation you wrote yourself and runs in CI
• Built at least one test practice from a low baseline: chose tools, wrote first suites, wired into CI
• Strong test code in Python or TypeScript across API, browser and pipeline including headless browser runs
• Experience testing business rules you had to learn first by reading policy and filling gaps
• Experience as the sole quality person across several teams, setting priorities
• Clear written updates for engineers and non-engineers, with data to challenge deadlines

Responsabilités

• Define test strategy and automation for releases
• Build end-to-end journeys, a smoke suite on every build, and integration tests
• Run tests in GitHub Actions and manage CI pipelines
• Provide release verdicts: ready/not ready with evidence
• Test features with customer-facing teams during development
• Ensure data security testing and vulnerability checks
