Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a senior QA engineer to own test strategy and automation for a fast-growing SaaS platform used by frontline workers. You will build end-to-end tests, run in GitHub Actions, and provide release verdicts with evidence to engineers and product teams.

You’ll collaborate with delivery squads across the US, define a shared definition of done, and champion testing for reliability, security, and accessibility in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, test or software engineering, with automation you wrote yourself
• Experience building test suites and wiring into CI
• Strong test code in Python or TypeScript across API, browser and pipeline

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy and automation for releases
• Build end-to-end journeys, smoke suite on every build, and integration tests
• Run tests across browsers, devices, and configurations
• Write contract tests for outside systems
• Provide release verdicts with evidence and plain-language summaries
