The role requires 10+ years in pursuits or business development within construction, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in pursuits, marketing, or business development within the construction or related industry.
Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

Leads the development of pursuit deliverables from planning through final presentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
Partners with project executives, estimators, and core market leaders to define pursuit strategy and win themes.
Manages multiple concurrent pursuits, coordinating timelines, content development, and stakeholder input.
Mentors pursuits Specialists in effective writing, design, and storytelling techniques to elevate pursuit quality.
Analyzes pursuit outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
Ensures all pursuit materials adhere to DPR brand, visual identity, and proposal standards.
