Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pursuits, marketing, or business development within the construction or related industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams.

• Leads the development of pursuit deliverables from planning through final presentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
• Partners with project executives, estimators, and core market leaders to define pursuit strategy and win themes.
• Manages multiple concurrent pursuits, coordinating timelines, content development, and stakeholder input.
• Mentors pursuits Specialists in effective writing, design, and storytelling techniques to elevate pursuit quality.
• Analyzes pursuit outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
• Ensures all pursuit materials adhere to DPR brand, visual identity, and proposal standards.
