DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Key Customer Account Sales Rep to drive pursuit strategies and client engagement. You will coordinate proposals, lead cross-functional teams, and shape win themes across multiple opportunities.

With 10+ years in pursuits, marketing or business development in construction or related industries, you will mentor specialists, ensure brand standards, and deliver compelling presentations aligned with client drivers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
• 10+ years of experience in pursuits, marketing, or business development within construction or related industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the development of pursuit deliverables from planning through final presentation.
• Partners with project executives, estimators, and market leaders to define pursuit strategy and win themes.
• Manages multiple concurrent pursuits, coordinating timelines, content development, and stakeholder input.
• Mentors pursuits Specialists in effective writing, design, and storytelling techniques to elevate pursuit quality.
• Analyzes pursuit outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
• Ensures all pursuit materials adhere to DPR brand, visual identity, and proposal standards.

Educación
