Caddell Construction in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal development for owner RFP responses. You will work with the Estimating and Marketing teams, coordinate with joint venture partners and design teams, and drive timely delivery of competitive submissions.

The role requires strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, plus ability to manage multiple priorities. Some travel is possible in an office setting as part of full-time duties.

Qualifications

• Strong business and technical writing skills and ability to analyze RFPs.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Experience with proposal development processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP documents and prepare Caddell responses.
• Collaborate with joint venture partners, design teams, and key subcontractors to define deliverables.
• Gather information with estimators and operations to develop proposals.
• Set internal due dates for proposal requirements and ensure review readiness.
• Consult with Director of Proposal Development and Director of Estimating on project inclusion.
• Maintain proposal files and opportunity records on shared systems.
• Support CPARS, subcontracting metrics, safety stats, and financial data as needed.
• Lead proposal debriefs with clients and mentor new staff.
