Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or JIT principles.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of buyers and planners.
- Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and lead sourcing strategy.
- Support new product launches and supplier readiness.
- Improve inventory performance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
- Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee purchasing operations within our ERP.
