Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury homebuilder, seeks a Senior Purchasing Coordinator in Austin, TX to manage purchasing contracts and vendor bids. You will interpret blueprints and build relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and JD Edwards. Office presence is expected three days per week.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent vocational or technical certification.
• 3 - 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Work in office 3-days per week.
• Preferred: Basic Oracle JD Edwards, EnterpriseOne skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid sheets and compare bids from vendors and suppliers
• Research and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Handle field related issues with vendors and suppliers
• Research and bring in new trades
• All other duties as assigned
