• Knowledge of fleet utilization, rental revenue and maintenance cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operates efficiently, profitably and with strong customer focus.
• Lead staffing, fleet mix, budgets and rental operations.
• Oversee equipment availability, maintenance standards and service quality.
• Drive market penetration and branch revenue growth.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and lead safety meetings.
• Interview, hire and train staff; manage performance and discipline.
