Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking a Rental Pump Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of rental pumps. You will perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs and ensure safety and reliability for rental units.

You will also support management by promoting safe practices, improving workflows, and mentoring junior technicians to strengthen the service team and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pump systems including hydraulics and electrical components.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and repair documents.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing various pump types is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair rental pumps (centrifugal, trash, submersible, diaphragm, high-pressure).
• Perform testing, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure safety and specs.
• Document work orders, parts, inspections and time sheets accurately.
• Mentor junior technicians to build a skilled team.
