Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer service across the branch.
• Drive market penetration for pump rentals and increase revenue.
• Lead performance reviews and staff development.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and reinforce safety culture.
• Review rental contracts daily for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee fleet needs to maintain proper pump mix.
• Assist with debt collection as needed.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; assign work and evaluate performance.
