• Public sector agencies experience and knowledge of SLED cycles.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Engineering/Solutions).
• Broad web security, networking, cloud infra, and enterprise architecture basics.
• Quota-bearing or revenue-focused background in SaaS/public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design bespoke architectures for public sector customers.
• Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with AEs.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and translate platform value to executives.
• Act as trusted advisor through onboarding, renewal, and expansion lifecycle.
