Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer).
• Broad technical acumen across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for C-level executives.
• Experience selling into SLED, Local Government, or Municipal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs for public sector procurement.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and expansion with Account Executives.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account growth.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-Augmented workflows to automate RFPs, provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.
