Job summary

SOCOTEC, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to join the national proposals team, based in one of our Florida offices. The role requires four days in-office per week and one day remote, focusing on public-sector proposals and coordination across service lines.

You will develop technical proposals in InDesign, coordinate qualification packages, and ensure compliance with client requirements, while collaborating with Legal and Finance to finalize packages.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proposal writing experience in A/E/consulting with public-sector exposure.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical proposals and qualifications packages for public-sector clients.
• Coordinate with service line leaders to gather inputs on scope and fees.
• Ensure proposals reflect SOCOTEC’s capabilities and comply with client requirements.
• Perform quality control and liaise with Legal, Finance, and CRM teams.
