Job summary

SOCOTEC, Inc. seeks a Senior Proposal Writer to join our national proposals team, based in a Florida office (Tampa, Naples, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, or Orlando).

The role requires four days in-office weekly, with one day remote, to support proposals for public-sector clients and regional service line leaders. You will develop proposals in InDesign, coordinate qualifications, and work with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant, timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proposal writing experience in AEC/public sector.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with Florida public procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and tailor proposals, qualifications, and estimates for public-sector clients.
• Coordinate with service line leaders, legal, and finance for compliant submissions.
• Maintain client data in Deltek CRM and refine templates.
