You will act as a vital escalation point for complex challenges, balancing deep engineering research with customer partnership to restore performance in critical environments.

This role emphasizes collaboration, knowledge transfer, and end-to-end incident resolution within a fast-paced, safety-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years IT support experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Public Safety software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Escalate and resolve highly complex system trouble tickets to ensure operational continuity for critical infrastructure customers.
• Replicate and diagnose advanced application anomalies in controlled lab environments to identify root causes.
• Observe and analyze software architectures to identify performance bottlenecks and stability risks.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to broaden team capabilities and reduce future escalation cycles.
• Support junior engineers during active deployment cycles to strengthen overall system expertise.
• Interface with public safety administrators by phone and remote configurations to guide technical resolution paths.
• Manage the lifecycle of critical support requests from escalation to verified incident closure.
• Formulate detailed root-cause summaries to build long-term customer trust.
