Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to design and implement public safety radio networks in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. This remote role travels 25-50% to support projects, leading technical delivery with a field team until system acceptance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of engineering experience OR 4-7 years, plus Bachelor’s in engineering or a technical field. Strong RF, network, and firewall skills are required; certification in GROL or CompTIA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years of engineering/technical experience OR 4-7 years of engineering/technical experience.
• Experience with Motorola ASTRO 25 architecture is a plus.
• Knowledge of RF engineering and PMO processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement radio network infrastructure and WAN/CEN networks.
• Lead technical aspects of projects until system acceptance.
• Coordinate with field teams, PMs, and customers to deliver solutions.
