Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a top-performing Senior Account Executive to drive software solutions across the Northeast. You will engage large cities and counties, build strategic relationships, and close complex enterprise deals.

In this hunter role, you will conduct product demonstrations, lead negotiations, and collaborate with public safety and IT stakeholders. Travel up to 50% is required, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales or public safety
• OR 8+ years in sales, sales engineering, customer success, and/or public safety
• Experience selling to multiple levels, project stakeholders, and committees
• CRM upkeep, forecasting, and maintenance of sales pipeline

Responsibilities

• Sell Motorola’s public safety software solutions to new customers.
• Prospect and close opportunities with large cities/counties in the territory.
• Develop relationships via calls, visits, demos, and regional meetings.
• Present on-site, demo products, and coordinate with officials on projects.
