Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supervising PTAs in a home health environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of local community resources is required.
• Experience home health care is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations in the home and develop care plans.

• Evaluate and report patients’ progress to physicians.
