Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4+ years of sales management preferred.
• Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
• Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing specialty sales teams.
• Demonstrated high performance of sales and leadership track record.
• Must reside near major airport within the district.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
