Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus (preferred).
• 10+ years in pharmaceuticals with 4+ years in sales management.
• Leadership experience in CNS/psychiatry or related specialties; startup experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a specialty sales team to drive performance and results.
• Recruit, retain and develop high-performing representatives.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities; travel up to 75%.
