Job summary

Counterpart Health seeks a Senior Provider Success Manager in the United States, ideally based in New Jersey. You will own a portfolio of primary care partnerships, advise clinicians and admins, and guide workflow transformations to embed Counterpart Assistant into daily practice.

You will travel up to 75% to build relationships, monitor adoption, and drive value-based outcomes. A senior, strategic role requires influencing diverse stakeholders and delivering measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in provider success, healthcare account management, clinical operations, practice transformation, or related field.
• Managed complex or high-value provider relationships with adoption, retention and performance improvements.
• Experience advising physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders.
• Led significant changes to clinical or operational workflows in primary or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of a complex provider portfolio.
• Advise clinical and operational leaders on integrating Counterpart Assistant into workflows.
• Lead adoption and workflow transformation across multiple customers.
• Drive measurable provider performance with data-driven reviews and interventions.
• Shape regional provider-success strategy and scalable playbooks.
