Job summary

Corner Health in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive practice-level performance across our network and identify growth opportunities for every practice. You’ll own a book of business, coach customers to success, and drive retention and expansion with a relationship-focused approach.

You’ll collaborate with cofounders and the provider growth team to shape strategy, build acquisition engines, and scale patient volume across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years owning an outcomes-driven book of business.
• Track record of coaching customers to success and driving retention.

Responsibilities

• Growth coaching: develop and execute playbooks to increase patient volume, retention, and lifetime value.
• Provider retention & advocacy: maintain relationships, surface issues, drive action to reduce churn.
• Test new revenue lines: pilot wellness and cash-pay products and longitudinal care offerings.
• Playbook development: standardize successful approaches and roll them out network-wide.
• Cross-functional execution: partner with product, ops, and growth to ensure initiatives land in practice.
