Job summary

Brundage Group is seeking a Client Success Manager to own post-sale relationships, drive adoption and retention, and identify growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio. You will champion executive-level engagements, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure high client health and contract continuity.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with Healthcare Revenue Cycle services, and hands-on CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager or comparable role.
• Formidable organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with executive stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels, including C-suite.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale client relationships and drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Lead business reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic account conversations.
• Maintain current CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and account continuity.
• Identify expansion signals and coordinate with Business Development for qualified leads.
• Develop client advocacy through references, testimonials and case studies.
• Monitor performance against contracts and coordinate responses and escalations.
